Flax Seed Oil, also known as Linseed Oil, is a rich natural source of polyunsaturated and essential fatty acids, including Omega 3 acids. Flax Seed can be used both internally and externally for its wide ranging beneficial properties to the skin and digestive system.
Direction of Use
Internally: Adults and children over 6 years of age, one to two capsules tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person. Externally: Pierce capsule and apply contents to the skin massaging gently until absorbed
