Kelp tablets are a natural source of iodine, which contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and energy-yielding metabolism. Iodine also contributes to normal cognitive function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Direction of Use
Adults: 1 tablet 2 - 3 times daily before food. Do not take before retiring to bed. Children: This product is not recommended for children.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains powdered Kelp (Macrocystis pyrifera). Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised potato starch, maize starch, soya polysaccharide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Each 250mg tablet provides 50?g of iodine.
