HealthAid 5-HTP is derived naturally from an African seed (Griffonia simplicifolia). The body manufactures this amino acid from tryptophan, which is found in dietary proteins and is used to make serotonin, an important neurotransmitter for normal nerve and brain function.
Direction of Use
Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily, can be increased to four if required. Maximum of six tablets can be taken a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
